PET film (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

A strong, rigid, and dimensionally stable polyester film used for high-resolution, heat-resistant, or strong-barrier laminated food packaging, labels, and protective films

BOPP film (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene)

A popular, high-clarity, cost-effective, super-strong material known for excellent moisture barrier properties; ideal for packaging snacks, confectionery, and other dry goods.

Glue coating

Glue coating or adhesive coating involves applying an adhesive layer to the film using a gravure coater to bond different film layers and enhance the adhesion of the ink.

LDPE Film (Low-Density Polyethylene)

A more flexible and elastic film compared to PET and BOPP, offering good heat-seal strength, and used as an inner sealing layer in multi-layer flexible packaging structures.

Our Process

Gravure Printing Process

The gravure printing process uses an engraved cylinder coated with ink to transfer detailed designs onto PET and BOPP films with high accuracy as it passes between the engraved cylinder and a backup roll. This printing technology produces consistent, high-resolution graphics with vibrant colors, making it ideal for premium packaging applications.

Lamination

In the gravure printing process, lamination involves applying a protective plastic film to the printed substrate using heat, pressure, or an adhesive. This critical post-printing process enhances the durability, protects against moisture and abrasion, and improves the overall appearance of printed items, such as packaging, brochures, or book covers.

Slitting (Roll Cutting)

A post-print finishing process where large, wide, “master” or “parent” rolls are accurately slit into customer-specified widths using high-precision rotary knives and tension control, ensuring clean, even edges and consistent roll sizes. This operation maintains strict tolerances and maximizes material yield for cost efficiency.

Quality Control (QC)

A strict quality control process includes multiple systematic inspection points, utilizing advanced measuring tools and tests, to ensure that printed materials meet established standards for color accuracy, alignment, and image clarity. Only rolls that pass all quality tests are moved on to final packaging, ensuring zero-defect delivery to customers.

Packing & Dispatch

A final post-production step involves carefully winding the finished printed materials onto sturdy cores and protecting them with high-quality packaging to prevent transit damage. Our logistics network ensures timely deliveries while maintaining proper handling standards throughout the supply chain.
